OKA Academy is an online education platform based in Egypt, offering digital personal branding programs including online courses, community memberships, and 1-on-1 coaching services. All services are delivered digitally.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from OKA Academy. By purchasing, you confirm you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Products & Services

• Community Membership: Monthly recurring subscription. Access begins upon payment confirmation and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• Online Course: One-time purchase with lifetime access to course materials.
• 1-on-1 Mentorship: Offered by application. Terms are agreed upon before payment.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. OKA Academy does not store full payment card details.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, recordings, templates, and frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of OKA Academy. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

6. User Conduct

• You may not share your account credentials or provide access to others.
• You must comply with community guidelines — respectful conduct is required at all times.
• Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Disclaimer

Results from our programs vary based on individual effort, experience, and market conditions. OKA Academy does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, OKA Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We are committed to delivering real value through every program. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Online Courses (One-Time Purchase)

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or viewed.
• The refund request is submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Requests after 7 days, or where more than 20% of content has been accessed, are not eligible.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

2. Community Membership (Monthly Subscription)

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until then.
• Partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle are not provided.
• No refunds are issued for past billing cycles.

3. 1-on-1 Mentorship & Coaching

• Coaching packages are non-refundable once the program has commenced (after the first session or onboarding call).
• If OKA Academy misses a scheduled session without rescheduling, a make-up session will be provided at no cost.
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your session.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [email protected] with: your full name, registered email address, order number or transaction reference, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

OKA Academy is a fully digital education platform. All products and services are delivered electronically — no physical shipment of any kind is involved.

1. How Digital Delivery Works

• Online Course: You will receive a confirmation email within 5–15 minutes of purchase containing your access link and login credentials.
• Community Membership: You will receive an invitation link to our private Skool community within 5–15 minutes of payment confirmation.
• 1-on-1 Mentorship: Our team will contact you within 1 business day to schedule your onboarding call and set up your program access.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Courses & Community: Immediate to 15 minutes after payment.
• Mentorship onboarding: Within 1 business day.
• If you don't receive access within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

3. Access Requirements

• A valid email address is required to receive your access details.
• A stable internet connection is required to access course content and community features.
• No specific software is required beyond a web browser.

4. International Access

Our digital programs are accessible from any country with an internet connection. There are no geographic restrictions. Content is primarily in Arabic (Egyptian dialect) with some English terms, designed for audiences in Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider MENA region.

5. No Physical Shipment

OKA Academy does not ship physical goods. There are no shipping fees, customs duties, or delivery tracking numbers associated with any of our products.
